  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 scoops Multi Collagen Protein Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk


  1. Preheat the oven at 325 F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Melt coconut oil.
  4. Add wet ingredients and stir well.
  5. Mold into balls (around the size of a golf ball), then flatten a bit with your hand.
  6. Bake at 325 F for 18 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool for at least 10 minutes for eating.
