Our facility takes up to 2 days to process and from there, please allow 3-10 business days to receive your shipment. After your order processes, you will receive an order confirmation and also a tracking number. While most orders ship sooner than that, and we do our best to get your order processed and out the door as soon as possible.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Ancient Nutrition Customer Experience Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”,  may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, will not be refunded. 

Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Ancient Nutrition prior to the return, will not be refunded. 

Our customer experience team would be happy to help you with any order issues and assist with a return to the best of their ability. Some returns may be eligible for a prepaid return label or UPS pickup. Should you send items back to our warehouse at your own expense, we cannot reimburse the cost.
