These treats feature MCT oil, ashwagandha, and reishi and chaga mushrooms thanks to Keto Matcha. ?By baking the donuts, you can bypass unhealthy frying, so you don't have to feel guilty going back for seconds.

Gluten-Free Matcha Donuts

Serves: 6

Time: 30 minutes


Dry Ingredients:

  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 scoops Keto Matcha
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Glaze Ingredients (optional):

  • ¼ cup coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ scoop Keto Matcha
  • Shredded coconut for sprinkling


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease donut pan with coconut oil
  3. Combine all dry ingredients until well incorporated
  4. Whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl until well mixed
  5. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  6. Add mixture to piping bag and put into donut pans.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  8. While donuts are baking, add all frosting ingredients to a small saucepan and melt together over low heat until fully incorporated
  9. Remove donuts from oven and cool pan for 5 minutes before flipping ontop cooling rack
  10. Drizzle glaze over donuts and let cool another 5 minutes before serving
