These chocolate banana muffins are equally as delicious as they are adorable. Perfect for when you need a quick treat, these muffins are soon to be your family's favorite. As you can see below, these banana chocolate chip muffins have a great nutritional profile, with 232 calories for two regular sized muffins or four mini muffins. Not bad! First, preheat the oven to 375 F. Prepare these healthy ingredients before you put them in a big mixing bowl, in particular mash the bananas, whisk the eggs and melt the coconut oil. Otherwise, simply add everything else into the bowl.
Using a wooden spoon, mix the healthy chocolate chip muffins ingredients together without overdoing it.
Using a rubber scraper or spoon, fill each muffin tin until each up is about three-fourths full. Place in the oven of 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
