DIY Beauty Collagen Drink with Beet, Orange, Strawberry & Mint

DIY drinks and smoothies for recovering from exercise, more muscle, gut health, etc. are popular requests. But what about a DIY beauty drink?
We decided to take this request and develop exactly that, with some of the best ingredients for skin health and a sublime taste. Among the different juicing recipes out there, this one will be a keeper.
Ideally, any beauty drink worth its salt includes collagen (check) to help improve skin elasticity and minimize the appearance of crow’s feet, wrinkles and fine lines, and crepey skin. Our Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within supplement was shown in clinical trials to do just that, as long as it’s used regularly.
As we get into our 30s, 40s and beyond, our level of collagen in our body decreases and more skin damage becomes visible. Collagen powder can help address that by entering the bloodstream as collagen peptides, and the gut can then break it down so it can be absorbed.
To make the best skin beauty drink, you want the right kind of collagen but also several ingredients that can boost skin health.
That includes beets, oranges and strawberries. Beets are high in health-promoting compounds like antioxidants, carotenoids and nitrates. They’re also considered good for fighting signs of aging, including wrinkles and fine lines.
As a common ingredient in many skincare products, orange benefits for skin are very real. In fact, some research shows that certain types of oranges can help fight skin aging.
Strawberries contain antioxidants like vitamin A and vitamin C, which are associated with improving skin properties, including hydration, sebum production, lower levels of wrinkles and discoloration, and improved elasticity.
Lastly, as mentioned above, Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within (or the half-size version) delivers the collagen in a delicious guava passionfruit flavor that marries incredibly well with the strawberry, orange and beet ingredients. Sprigs of mint help balance the flavor.
In a high-speed blender or a juicer, combine beet, orange, strawberries, mint and Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within. Blend the mixture on high until fully combined, about 1–2 minutes. If using a juicer, juice the ingredients. (Mixture will be slightly thicker if using a high-speed blender.)
Run the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a medium-sized bowl.
Drink this beauty collagen drink immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Juices can last for up to one to two days.

1 medium red beet, peeled and chopped
1 medium navel orange, peeled
6–7 strawberries, hulled
2 sprigs fresh mint
In a high-speed blender or a juicer, combine beet, orange, strawberries, mint and Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within. Blend the mixture on high until fully combined, about 1 to 2 minutes. If using a juicer, juice the ingredients.
Run the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a medium-sized bowl. (No need to do this if you use a juicer.)
Drink immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
