But not everyone wants to drink a matcha tea straight up. Instead, the popular matcha latte is what many prefer to start their morning with ... or have as an afternoon pick-me-up.

6 ounces almond or coconut milk
1 scoop Collagen Matcha Energizer
1 teaspoon maple syrup or half-dropper stevia (optional)
In a tea kettle or small pot, warm either almond milk or light coconut milk.
