How to Make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 5 scoops Keto Cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, Keto Cocoa, baking powder and sea salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, vanilla and eggs.
  4. Incorporate the coconut oil mixture into the flour mixture until a thick batter forms.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop and roll the batter into 24 equal-size balls and gently press down with the back of a spoon.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
