Raw Brownie Bites Recipe: Paleo or Vegan!
By Ethan Boldt
January 21, 2022
These raw brownie bites are the epitome of the perfect grab-and-go snack. They also can be Paleo-friendly or vegan-friendly, depending on the type of protein powder you decide to use.
To prep, these healthy bites only require five minutes (or less). Toss everything in a food processor, roll up your balls, put them in the freezer and call it a day.
If you want to eat these chocolate brownie bites little by little, they store well in the freezer. Just pull one out when you’re ready to enjoy, and they’ll last much longer than if simply stored in the fridge. Put one in your bag for work or in the kids’ lunchboxes, and they’ll be thawed by the time you’re ready to enjoy.
This brownie bites recipe is sure to make it onto your regular rotation of healthy snack recipes.

Walnuts: Loaded with omega-3s, they're helpful for heart health and brain health, as well as controlling inflammation and improving circulation.
Almonds: One of the healthier nuts due to their presence of monounsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber and antioxidants.
Bone Broth Protein or Plant Protein: BBP delivers the benefits of traditional bone broth like joint, skin and gut support in a sweet, feel-good flavor, while Plant Protein offers support for healthy body composition, fat metabolism, increased muscle recovery, a positive mindset and more.
Medjool dates: What I consider the healthiest natural sweetener (and great for vegan diets), these dates are packed full of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
I'm not going to make this complicated. Simply place everything in a food processor and then process until well combined.
Scrap out the mixture onto a cutting board and then begin rolling into balls. This quantity should make about 24 brownie bites.
Place each energy ball on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours.
