Vanilla Keto Freezer Fudge

Creating recipes that incorporate health-focused ingredients without compromising taste can be difficult, but we can honestly say this might be our favorite one yet (thanks @the_bananadiaries, one of our Ancient Nutrition paid influencers!). Featuring Keto Protein Vanilla, this fudge is full of performance fats and protein. Perfect for the keto dieter, low carb eater or anyone in between. This super simple recipe is a perfect indulgence for the times your sweet tooth strikes!

Serves: 8-10
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 2 hours
1 cup raw, organic cashew butter
¾ cup organic coconut flour
½ cup organic coconut oil, melted
4 scoops Keto Protein Vanilla
½ cup 100% dark chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil and cashew butter
Fold in coconut flour, protein powder, sea salt, and cinnamon
Mix in chocolate chips and pour into the loaf pan
Place the batter into the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours
Slice into fudge pieces and enjoy
