Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe with Keto Protein
By Dr. Josh Axe
October 3, 2017
Fudgeis a classic childhood favorite. It brings back warm memories of after-dinner treats with family. But like so many of the recipes we enjoyed years ago, when I look at the ingredients in traditional fudge recipes, I cringe.
This peanut butter fudge is not only super simple to make (we’re talking five minutes prep, 30 minutes setting time), it’s also keto-friendly — with our Keto Protein. Once you try this fudge, you’ll never go back to the other stuff.
Total Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 10
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut butter
1 cup creamy organic peanut butter (with Valencia peanuts)
1 tablespoon Keto Protein Peanut Butter
½ cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons monk fruit
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Recipe courtesy of Dr. Josh Axe, co-founder of Ancient Nutrition and also author of the best-selling books Keto Diet and The Collagen Diet.

How to Hydrate Skin
Even if you employ a daily skincare routine, many of us get frustrated with the results. It’s hard to be happy with the way your skin looks if it’s occasionally dry, dull or sensitive, which is why skin hydration is so important. With loads of serums, moisturizers and beauty routines (such as the new trend called skin cycling) available, it’s difficult to know what really hydrates skin versus what’s a waste of your money and time.

Pumpkin Spice Waffles
When I think of fun, delicious waffles, I dream up buttermilk and pumpkin spice. However, because I seek to avoid too much dairy, I've decided to create a buttermilk-like mixture. As for the pumpkin spice, this recipe for Pumpkin Spice goes for it with the super popular Bone Broth Protein Pumpkin Spice as well as some complementing ingredients.
