Granola Butter Blondies

Filling a brownie with carefully selected ingredients and nutrients may not seem like an easy feat, but this blondies recipe harnesses the powerful nutrition of chickpeas, collagen powder and granola butter to provide a sweet treat perfect for any special occasion or as a light dessert during the week. Give this blondies recipe a try today; You won’t be able to tell there are chickpeas in place of flour or maple syrup instead of refined sugar in these brownies.
Time: 20 minutes
1 can chickpeas
½ cup Granola Butter
? cup maple syrup
2 scoops Multi Collagen Protein
½ tsp baking powder
1 bag dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F
Rinse chickpeas in a strainer under cool water and pat dry with paper towel
Put in blender, along with granola butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and collagen protein
Blend on low, stirring occasionally, and then slowly increasing the speed until batter is smooth and creamy
Stir in chocolate chips
Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes
