Question 1

What does this taste like?

Accepted Answer

Bone Broth Protein Pure and Turmeric are savory, chicken-broth-inspired flavors. We like adding those to soups, stews or sauces; they’re also delicious mixed with spices, salt and pepper, and warm water for a homemade sipping broth. Our Bone Broth Protein Vanilla and Chocolate are lightly sweetened with stevia leaf extract, natural vanilla flavor, natural chocolate flavor with other flavor, and organic cocoa powder for a deliciously sweet flavor. Try it in smoothies, pancakes or your favorite baked recipes.

Question 2

Who is this product intended for?

Accepted Answer

This bone broth powder is designed for anyone looking for a convenient way to get the benefits of traditional bone broth without spending hours in the kitchen. It’s an easy, versatile way to get the benefits of an ancient superfood — which many of us are lacking in our modern diets — and it’s 3x more potent than homemade broth when it comes to protein content. Today’s diet is often missing important nutrients and beneficial compounds that our ancestors enjoyed, including collagen, known as the “glue that holds us together.” Bone Broth Protein is also an easy way to get those nutrients.

Question 3

What is the best way to mix this product?

Accepted Answer

Adults add one scoop to 12 ounces of liquid using a blender, hand frother or shaker cup. If you have a savory version, such as Pure, Turmeric or our sipping broths, try adding a scoop into soups, stews, sauces or broths. Our sweeter flavors also taste amazing in smoothies, pancakes, oatmeal, baked goods and more! Head over to our store blog for more delicious ideas. Bone Broth Protein is made from bone broth protein concentrate. Natural variation between batches is normal, including mixability, taste, odor and color.

Question 4

How should I use this?

Accepted Answer

The choice is yours! We like to make a warm homemade sipping broth by mixing Bone Broth Protein Pure with spices, salt and pepper, and warm water. It also delivers a nutrient-packed boost when mixed into soups, stews or sauces. If you have more of a sweet tooth, try adding Vanilla or Chocolate flavor to a smoothie for extra protein or mixing it into your morning cup of coffee. It’s also great with almond, cashew or coconut milk and can be enjoyed warm or over ice. Try using a frother when mixing bone broth protein into water or coffee to get the smoothest blend of powder and liquid. Looking for more inspiration? We’ve got you covered. Yes. Please keep in mind that packages are filled by weight and not volume. Your product will settle over time and may appear half (or even less than half) full when opened.

Question 9

Why did you change the formula?

Accepted Answer

Our Bone Broth Protein Pure, Turmeric, Vanilla and Chocolate were the only products in our Bone Broth Protein line formulated with only chicken bone broth protein concentrate. The others have either a mix of chicken bone broth protein concentrate and beef bone broth protein concentrate OR beef bone broth protein concentrate only. With this reformulation, we have now aligned our entire Bone Broth Protein line of product offerings to include beef bone broth protein concentrate. We’re happy to say that, now, our Bone Broth Protein Pure, Turmeric, Vanilla and Chocolate will offer collagen types I, II, and III. Previously, these formulas only had chicken bone broth protein concentrate, which offered only collagen type II.
