This smoothie is not only packed with flavor, but also the perfect way to sneak in your Ancient Nutrition Hormone Balance + Collagen. The creamy cherry-vanilla combo is refreshing, hormone friendly and super satisfying.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • ¼ frozen banana

  • handful of greens (such as spinach or baby kale)

  • ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt

  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute another milk or even water)

  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition’s Hormone Balance + Collagen powder (vanilla)

  • few cubes of ice

Directions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the cherries, banana, greens, yogurt, vanilla, flaxseed meal, milk, collagen powder and ice.

  2. Blend to your desired consistency.

  3. To serve, sprinkle more flaxseed meal on top, if desired.
