To obtain that certification, they must contain 95% Regenerative Organic Certified® active ingredients grown on Regenerative Organic Certified® farms. The ingredients are grown on Regenerative Organic Certified farms, including ingredients grown on our founder-owned Regenerative Organic Certified® farms. That number excludes the capsule and probiotic cultures.

What does 95% Ancient Farmed mean?

This means that 95% of the ingredients (excluding the capsule ingredients and probiotic strains) are Regenerative Organic Certified®, including select ingredients grown under the guidance of our founders and Ancient Nutrition employees. It also means that some of those ingredients are produced on one or more of our founders’ farms, including our R.A.N.C.H. Project℠, which represents our commitment to Regenerative Agriculture, Nutrition and Climate Health.

Which types of turmeric are included?

This exclusive blend includes turmeric root extract, plus the three types of turmeric whole plant extract: golden, green and blue. You may be familiar with golden turmeric, which gets its orange hue from curcumin and is known to support healthy joints. Our unique formula also includes Green Turmeric Whole Plant Extract, which has naturally occurring chlorophyll and Blue Turmeric Whole Plant Extract. This rare type of turmeric has naturally occurring anthocyanins, which are the type of antioxidants which give blueberries their blue coloration.

Organic Turmeric has organic turmeric root extract and fermented turmeric root.
