They are designed to work independently, but you can absolutely see benefits from combining the different formulas. If you are looking to both build strength and lose fat†*, for example, you can take Multi Collagen Advanced Muscle† and Lean† formulas. How can I incorporate the Multi Collagen Advanced products into my current routine?

The intention of the formula is to provide additional electrolytes into your day, particularly around times they might be extra useful to your body. A common way to take Hydrate† is to drink a serving prior to a high-intensity workout or activity, when you know you’re going to be sweating heavily. Drink Hydrate† if you’re planning on a tough hike, a hot yoga class, taking a long flight, or just craving extra hydration. When it comes to maintaining optimal electrolyte levels, preparing ahead of time is a more effective approach than trying to replenish them afterwards.

What does it taste like?

Hydrate† is available in two flavors: Berry and Lemon-Lime. Berry is a lightly sweet, fruity flavor and Lemon-Lime is a slightly tart citrus flavor. Because our formula does include sodium (an essential mineral, necessary to maintain a balanced electrolyte profile), some people find the flavors to be salty. Everyone’s taste buds are different.

Why is the sodium content so high?

Why does it taste salty?

Every individual is different, and will have different electrolyte needs. Hydrate is intended to supplement the electrolytes you get through your diet. It’s currently recommended that the average adult gets 2300mg sodium, 4700g potassium, 420mg magnesium and 1300g calcium per day (primarily through whole foods). Do what is best for you – many people find 1-2 servings a day to fit into their routines best. We now have a disclaimer that is on ALL of our products: "Produced on equipment that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybean, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, egg." This is a voluntary disclaimer and our formulations have not changed. Our manufacturers are required to have Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. These allergen programs are in place to prevent cross contamination after each run by proper cleaning procedures. Allergen swab testing is also done after running an allergen containing product. We test finished products for allergens prior to designating as “Free” of. We also follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) which guarantees allergen segregation.
