No. The Multi Collagen Advanced products are each designed for their own specific goals: hydration†, muscle building†*, healthy weight management†*, and healthy detoxification†. They are designed to work independently, but you can absolutely see benefits from combining the different formulas. If you are looking to both build strength and lose fat†*, for example, you can take Multi Collagen Advanced Muscle† and Lean† formulas. How can I incorporate the Multi Collagen Advanced products into my current routine?

This formula is beneficial no matter what time of day you decide to take it. The intention of the formula is to provide additional electrolytes into your day, particularly around times they might be extra useful to your body. A common way to take Hydrate† is to drink a serving prior to a high-intensity workout or activity, when you know you’re going to be sweating heavily. Drink Hydrate† if you’re planning on a tough hike, a hot yoga class, taking a long flight, or just craving extra hydration. When it comes to maintaining optimal electrolyte levels, preparing ahead of time is a more effective approach than trying to replenish them afterwards.

We now have a disclaimer that is on ALL of our products: "Produced on equipment that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybean, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, egg." This is a voluntary disclaimer and our formulations have not changed. Our manufacturers are required to have Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. These allergen programs are in place to prevent cross contamination after each run by proper cleaning procedures. Allergen swab testing is also done after running an allergen containing product. We test finished products for allergens prior to designating as “Free” of. We also follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) which guarantees allergen segregation.
