Question 2

Vitamin D3 and K2 are often paired because they play complementary roles in calcium support. Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium, while vitamin K2 helps guide calcium where it’s meant to go. In other words, they work in tandem to support proper calcium absorption and utilization.

Question 3

What is MK-7?

Accepted Answer

Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a well-studied form of vitamin K2 commonly used in supplements. It’s associated with support for bone and vascular health markers through its role in activating vitamin K-dependent proteins.

Question 4

What does “liposomal” mean in this formula?

Accepted Answer

“Liposomal” means the vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 nutrients in this formula are delivered with the help of tiny fat-like particles called “liposomes” (think of them as small protective bubbles that can carry nutrients through the body). This is especially helpful for fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2 — just one more way these delicious gel packs make getting daily vitamin D3 + K2 support simple and easy.

Question 5

What are the benefits of Vitamin D3 + K2?

Accepted Answer

This formula is designed to support healthy vitamin D levels, bone health, healthy calcium utilization, healthy immune system function and healthy inflammatory response. What makes gel packs different from capsules or powders? Gel packs are all about making consistency easier: Zero-prep convenience: no pills to swallow Pre-mixed format: no gritty “poorly mixed powder” moments On-the-go friendly: easy to stash in your bag, desk or carry-on

Question 6

How do I take these gel packs?

Accepted Answer

Adults take 1 packet at any time of day. Most people tear open a packet and take the gel directly; others prefer squeezing it into water or juice. As with any wellness supplement, consistency is key, so feel free to choose the method that fits your day.

Question 7

When should I take this product? Do I need to take it with food?

Accepted Answer

You can take Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 gel packs any time of day. Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, so many consumers prefer taking them with a meal. Always follow the label directions, and consider your personal routine for best consistency.

Question 8

Can I take this with other vitamin D supplements?

Accepted Answer

Many people combine vitamin D with other wellness routines. Since this formula supports how your body utilizes calcium, it can fit well alongside other foundational nutrients. That said, everyone’s needs are different, and you should always consult your healthcare professional before beginning any new dietary or lifestyle routine, including dietary supplementation.

Question 9

Can I take more than 1 per day?

Accepted Answer

We recommend sticking to the suggested serving of one gel pack per day. Each serving provides 4,000 IU of vitamin D3, so if you’re considering taking more than one daily, we recommend checking with your healthcare practitioner to determine what’s appropriate for your individual needs.
