Question 1

What is creatine, and what does it do?

Accepted Answer

Creatine is a compound found naturally in your muscles and brain that helps your body produce energy during short bursts of activity. When you supplement with creatine, it increases your body’s stores of phosphocreatine, which helps generate more ATP—the primary energy your cells use. This leads to improved strength, power, and muscle recovery, and it also supports cognitive performance, memory, and mental clarity, especially under pressure.

Question 2

What makes this formula unique?

Accepted Answer

This formula combines two powerhouse ingredients – creatine monohydrate and fermented eggshell membrane collagen – for full-body benefits. You get 5g of creatine to help build strength, lean body mass, and support cognitive performance, plus clinically validated eggshell membrane collagen to improve joint comfort, mobility, and recovery. It’s a simple, unflavored daily scoop designed to help you look toned, feel strong, and stay sharp.

Question 3

What type of creatine is in this product?

Accepted Answer

This product uses creatine monohydrate, the most well-researched form of creatine available. It’s the gold standard used in the majority of clinical studies showing benefits for strength, lean body mass, and cognitive performance. Creatine monohydrate has been shown to boost creatine levels in red blood cells – making it the best choice for real, noticeable results.

Question 4

Is your creatine micronized and if not, why?

Accepted Answer

Our creatine is not micronized. We use creatine monohydrate – the most studied form of creatine for strength, performance, and muscle support†. While micronized creatine has smaller particles for improved mixability, it doesn’t offer additional benefits in terms of effectiveness or absorption compared to high-quality creatine monohydrate. We chose a premium, research-backed source that delivers the results you’re looking for, without unnecessary processing.

Question 5

How quickly will I notice results?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s body and timelines are unique. You’ll get the best results with consistent use. Whether you're looking to support recovery, strength, or cognitive performance, creatine and collagen both work best when taken daily as part of your routine. Think of it as an investment in how you feel and perform, now and over time.

Question 6

Is creatine a good supplement for women to take?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Women naturally produce less creatine than men do – some studies say as much as 70-80% less – and can definitely benefit from regularly supplementing their body’s own production. Physically, creatine helps counteract the natural loss of muscle mass that starts to happen after 30 by supporting lean body mass, muscle strength, and recovery. It’s particularly valuable for women who want to stay strong and active as they get older. Mentally, many women notice that their memory isn’t working as well as it used to as they get older; creatine’s cognitive and brain health benefits include improving working memory and quick thinking under pressure, helping women feel sharper and more on top of their own mental load.

Question 7

Will creatine make me bloated?

Accepted Answer

Creatine can cause temporary water retention in the muscles when you first start taking it, but it’s not the kind of bloating most people think of – like puffiness or stomach discomfort. The water is pulled into your muscles, which can actually make you look more toned and defined, not puffy. Most women find that with the standard 5g daily dose – like we’ve included – they don’t experience noticeable bloating at all.

Question 8

Does creatine degrade in water over time?

Accepted Answer

While most forms of creatine lack stability in water and are unable to withstand high-heat processing conditions, our formula features a stable, soluble form of creatine monohydrate specially designed for improved performance, thanks to a patent-pending encapsulation technology for enhanced stability.

Question 9

How much creatine can I take each day?

Accepted Answer

For most people, 5g per day is the recommended amount, while individuals who weigh 200lbs or more may benefit from 10g per day. Additionally, people with higher amounts of muscle mass or those who train intensely may need a larger daily intake—around 5g to 10g—to help maintain fully saturated creatine levels. As with all supplements, consistency is key. It’s always best to consult your doctor or healthcare provider to find the right amount for your individual needs.

Question 10

What results can I expect to see from this product?

Accepted Answer

This formula supports lean body mass, muscle strength, and post-exercise recovery so you can perform and bounce back better. It also supports cognitive health, helping improve verbal working memory, mental performance, and reasoning under time pressure. Plus, it promotes joint comfort and mobility.

Question 11

Question 12

Why did you include collagen in this formula?

Accepted Answer

When paired with creatine, it creates a well-rounded formula that supports your physical performance and how you feel after exercise.
