Question 1

Where are your organ/gland ingredients sourced from?

Accepted Answer

Our bovine (cow) organs and glands are sourced from Argentina. They are 100% bovine organs or glands with no excipients, grass-fed, Non-GMO and made without additives or toxic pesticides. Argentina is a country free from Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE). Our ovine (lamb) organs are sourced from New Zealand and are made without additives. They are wild and free-roaming.

Question 2

Why are there other ingredients included in these organ blends?

Accepted Answer

We believe in the power of a six kingdom formulation strategy. That means we’ve included ingredients from every one of the six biological kingdoms — Plant, Animal, Fungi, Bacteria, Archaea, and Protist. The modern diet usually includes plant, animal and maybe fungi sources, causing us to miss out on the other kingdoms.

Question 3

What are the benefits of consuming organs?

Accepted Answer

There are countless benefits to consuming organs. In addition to providing rare and essential nutrients, the organs or “glandulars” from animals are reasonably close in composition to that of a human. Animal organs can provide nutrients and enzymes highly specific to the corresponding organ in your body which promotes that organ’s health. Animal organs contain most of the nutrients necessary for supporting healthy glandular function (in the same way that eating muscle meat provides protein and amino acids needed to build or restore muscle). Beyond that, glandulars are among the most metabolically active tissues. They’re packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polypeptides, fatty acids, enzymes, nucleic acid (RNA and DNA), and more. They’re an incredible source of whole food, fat-soluble vitamins, which are easiest for your body to absorb and retain.

Question 4

What is the difference between the Once Daily Male Performance† and the 6-a-day Male Performance†?

Accepted Answer

We wanted to make it as easy and convenient as possible for men to get the benefits of organs. That’s why we created this once-daily format. In order to do so, we kept 10 organ and gland ingredients to support liver health and overall vitality†; however, we excluded the added nutrients, probiotics, enzymes, and botanicals that you’ll find in our 6-a-day Male Performance† blend. Both formulas contain the Male Performance† Blend; however, the Once Daily contains 1g and the 6-a-day contains 3.7g per serving. The format also differs in that the Once Daily is in tablet form and the 6-a-day is in capsule form.

Question 5

Who are these products intended for?

Accepted Answer

These products are designed for any adult looking to restore and supplement vitamins, minerals, amino acids and more to their everyday diet. They’re perfect for anyone looking to support their organs, and their overall health.

Question 6

How much should I take and at what time of day?

Accepted Answer

Always follow the directions on the label. Adults take six capsules with water, any time of day. For example, you can take three in the morning and three in the evening.

Question 7

What is the “six kingdom approach”?

Accepted Answer

The Six Kingdom Approach is our patented approach to formulating what we believe are the highest quality organ supplements in the world. It means we’ve included beneficial compounds from every one of the six biological kingdoms – Plant, Animal, Funghi, Bacteria, Archaea, and Protist. The modern diet usually includes plant, animal and maybe funghi sources, but we’re missing out on all the incredible benefits of the other kingdoms. Jordan Rubin and I believe that restoring compounds from every kingdom is the best way to create a diet that supplies energy and nutrients.

Question 8

Should women take these supplements or are they just for men?

Accepted Answer

Organ blends are incredibly beneficial for women and men. Organs – especially the liver – are high in fat-soluble vitamins and iron, which many women struggle to get enough of through diet alone. Iron is a significant nutrient for women throughout the different stages of life – menstruating and pregnant women have particularly demanding iron needs. Beyond iron, women and men can both benefit from support for organ health, healthy immune system support, gut support†, and more.

Question 9

Why is Organic Saccharomyces cerevisiae included in this organ supplement?

Accepted Answer

Organic Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a yeast, and represents one of the six biological kingdoms: Fungi. Yeast is part of a healthy mix of bacteria in your gut, and helps support healthy digestion and nutrient absorption, but is used to ferment select vitamins in this formula.

Question 10

Why are there probiotics in these blends?

Accepted Answer

Probiotics represent one of the six biological kingdoms: Bacteria. We’ve chosen to include Bacillus coagulans , which is a tough, effective strain of SBO or soil-based organism probiotics, because they're resistant to extremes in temperature as well as the harsh digestive tract. That helps them survive and thrive in your gut, promoting healthy digestion and nutrient absorption. Bacillus coagulans benefits: Supports immune system health† Reduces occasional constipation, gas and bloating† Relieves symptoms of flatulence, abdominal distension and discomfort† Promotes healthy elimination† Supports healthy digestive function† Helps to maintain healthy gut microflora†

Question 11

What are Enzyme Activated nutrients/minerals?

Accepted Answer

Enzymes help break down the compounds in different vitamins and minerals to make them easier for your body to absorb. Enzyme-activated means we’ve chosen to use a vitamin or mineral that is pre-broken down, so your body can spend less energy digesting and absorbing it.

Question 12

Are your products produced in a facility with allergens?

Accepted Answer

We now have a disclaimer that is on ALL of our products: "Produced on equipment that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybean, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, egg." This is a voluntary disclaimer and our formulations have not changed. Our manufacturers are required to have Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. These allergen programs are in place to prevent cross contamination after each run by proper cleaning procedures. Allergen swab testing is also done after running an allergen containing product. We test finished products for allergens prior to designating as “Free” of. We also follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) which helps maintain allergen segregation.
