Question 1

What makes this formula unique?

Accepted Answer

Active Peptides Magnesium Complex combines four highly bioavailable forms of magnesium – an amino acid and peptide chelate, bisglycinate, citrate, and liposomal magnesium oxide – not typically found in your day-to-day supplements. Each magnesium ingredient was carefully selected for both effectiveness and bioavailability. This formula also features clinically validated organic ashwagandha root extract to support restorative sleep, mood, and everyday stress management plus a soil-based organism probiotic ( Bacillus coagulans ) to help balance the gut microbiome. Magnesium chelated to peptides and amino acids enhances bioavailability; bisglycinate and citrate provide gentle, effective magnesium replenishment; and liposomal magnesium oxide ensures superior delivery compared with standard magnesium oxide. Clinically validated ashwagandha supports emotional resilience and a positive mental state, while the probiotics are shown to support digestive health and reduce bloating. Rooted in both science and tradition, this formula works with your body to help you relax, sleep more soundly, feel calmer, and wake up refreshed.

Question 2

What's the difference between the Active Peptides Magnesium and Ancient Nutrients Magnesium?

Accepted Answer

Active Peptides Magnesium combines four bioavailable forms of magnesium with organic ashwagandha root extract and probiotics for advanced bioavailability, stress management, and sleep support. It delivers magnesium, an essential mineral, by using modern peptide science and combining it with ancient superfoods for powerful, targeted support. Ancient Nutrients Magnesium provides vitamin D3 and magnesium. It includes just one form of enzyme-activated magnesium, but it also provides an Ancient Nutrients Blend of hard-to-get superfood ingredients like bovine liver, beef bone broth, rhodiola root extract and others. It focuses on filling nutritional gaps with food-based sources. While both help maintain healthy magnesium levels, Active Peptides Magnesium takes a more advanced, multi-pathway approach to physical, emotional, and mental stress support.

Question 3

What is the difference between the capsules and powder?

Accepted Answer

Both formats are designed to deliver the same core benefits: supporting sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing. The main difference is in the format: the powder offers a soothing, sip-able experience when mixed with water, while the capsules provide a convenient, no-prep option. The key ingredient amounts vary slightly to fit each format, so be sure to double-check the individual product pages and ingredient supplement facts panel for the full breakdown.

Question 4

What do the powders taste like?

Accepted Answer

Honey Lavender offers a subtly sweet, lightly floral taste that feels like a wind-down ritual in a cup. Blueberry Peppermint offers a refreshing twist with a sweet burst of blueberry and a gentle touch of mint. Both are crafted to dissolve smoothly in warm water and make your magnesium moment something you look forward to.

Question 5

What are peptides and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Peptides are short chains of amino acids – typically fewer than 40 – that act as signaling molecules in the body. Think of them as tiny messengers that tell your cells what to do and when to do it. The human body produces over 300,000 different peptides, each with a specific role in regulating biological processes like metabolism, appetite, normal cellular repair, and other metabolic functions. Unlike larger proteins that need to be broken down through digestion, peptides are small enough to be absorbed, so they can act efficiently. Naturally occurring in foods like collagen, milk, and eggs, they can also be isolated and formulated into supplements to target specific functions – like we’ve created with the Active Peptides line.

Question 6

What makes this formula “Powered by Peptides”?

Accepted Answer

Active Peptides Magnesium Complex is “Powered by Peptides” because it uses magnesium bound to amino acids and peptides – a form shown to improve bioavailability. These peptide-bound forms of magnesium are small, bioavailable and recognized by the body along normal nutrient pathways, helping improve the bioavailability of this essential mineral. Unlike standard magnesium supplements, peptide-bound magnesium travels efficiently to where it’s needed. By combining the precision of peptide-bound magnesium with clinically studied ashwagandha and probiotics, this formula delivers a next-generation approach to supporting overall calm, balance, and restorative rest.

Question 7

What forms of magnesium are present in this product?

Accepted Answer

Active Peptides Magnesium Complex delivers four highly bioavailable forms of magnesium: Magnesium Amino Acid & Peptide Chelate: magnesium bound to amino acids and peptides for enhanced bioavailability Magnesium Bisglycinate: chelated to glycine molecules for gentle, effective magnesium supplementation Magnesium Citrate: derived from marine sources with a unique trace mineral profile for superior bioavailability Liposomal Magnesium Oxide: magnesium oxide encapsulated in liposomes to support more efficient delivery compared with standard magnesium oxide These are paired with organic ashwagandha, which helps your body support restorative sleep, a positive mood, and everyday stress management.

Question 8

Are peptides synthetic?

Accepted Answer

The peptides in Active Peptides Magnesium Complex are not synthetic. They’re derived from hydrolyzed rice protein, then bound to magnesium salts to form a chelate. This process helps your body recognize and absorb magnesium more efficiently, improving its bioavailability and effectiveness.

Question 9

How soon will I notice results?

Accepted Answer

Most people start to feel the difference in just a few weeks – better sleep, less tension and a calmer mood. Of course, everyone is different and your results will be individual, so consistency is key – the longer you take it, the more you’ll notice the results.
