Question 1

What is creatine, and what does it do?

Accepted Answer

Creatine is a compound found naturally in your muscles and brain that helps your body produce energy during short bursts of activity. When you supplement with creatine, it increases your body’s stores of phosphocreatine, which helps generate more ATP—the primary energy your cells use. This leads to improved strength, power, and muscle recovery, and it also supports cognitive performance, memory, and mental clarity, especially under pressure.

Question 2

What makes this formula unique?

Accepted Answer

This formula combines three powerhouse ingredients – creatine monohydrate, fermented eggshell membrane collagen and real food electrolytes – for full-body benefits. You get 5g of creatine to help build strength, lean muscle, and support cognitive performance, clinically studied collagen to improve joint comfort, mobility, and recovery, and electrolytes to help your body maintain hydration. It’s a simple, refreshing daily scoop designed to help you look toned, feel strong, and stay sharp.

Question 3

What type of creatine is in this product?

Accepted Answer

This product uses creatine monohydrate, the most well-researched form of creatine available. It’s the gold standard used in the majority of clinical studies showing benefits for strength, lean body mass, and cognitive performance. Creatine monohydrate has been shown to boost creatine levels in red blood cells – making it the best choice for real, noticeable results.

Question 4

How quickly will I notice results?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s body and timelines are unique. You’ll get the best results with consistent use. Whether you're looking to support recovery, strength, or cognitive performance, creatine and collagen both work best when taken daily as part of your routine. Think of it as an investment in how you feel and perform, now and over time.

Question 5

Is creatine a good supplement for women to take?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Women naturally produce less creatine than men do – some studies say as much as 70-80% less – and can definitely benefit from regularly supplementing their body’s own production. Physically, creatine helps counteract the natural loss of muscle mass that starts to happen after 30 by supporting lean body mass, muscle strength, and recovery. It’s particularly valuable for women who want to stay strong and active as they get older. Mentally, many women notice that their memory isn’t working as well as it used to as they get older; creatine’s cognitive and brain health benefits include improving working memory and quick thinking under pressure, helping women feel sharper and more on top of their own mental load.

Question 6

Will creatine make me bloated?

Accepted Answer

Creatine can cause temporary water retention in the muscles when you first start taking it, but it’s not the kind of bloating most people think of – like puffiness or stomach discomfort. The water is pulled into your muscles, which can actually make you look more toned and defined, not puffy. Most women find that with the standard 5g daily dose – like we’ve included – they don’t experience noticeable bloating at all.

Question 7

What results can I expect to see from this product?

Accepted Answer

You can expect to feel stronger, more toned, and better recovered after workouts as well as feeling hydrated and refreshed. This formula supports lean body mass, muscle strength, and post-exercise recovery so you can perform and bounce back better. It also supports cognitive health, helping improve verbal working memory, mental performance, and reasoning under time pressure. Plus, it promotes joint comfort and mobility.

Question 8

Why did you include collagen in this formula?

Accepted Answer

We included fermented eggshell membrane collagen because it does more than support healthy hair, skin, and nails – it also promotes joint comfort and mobility, which is key for staying active and recovering well. When paired with creatine, it creates a well-rounded formula that supports your physical performance and how you feel after exercise.

Question 9

Does creatine degrade in water over time?

Accepted Answer

While most forms of creatine lack stability in water and are unable to withstand high-heat processing conditions, our formula features a stable, soluble form of creatine monohydrate specially designed for improved performance, thanks to a patent-pending encapsulation technology for enhanced stability.

Question 10

How much creatine can I take each day?

Accepted Answer

For most people, 5g per day is the recommended amount, while individuals who weigh 200lbs or more may benefit from 10g per day. Additionally, people with higher amounts of muscle mass or those who train intensely may need a larger daily intake—around 5g to 10g—to help maintain fully saturated creatine levels. As with all supplements, consistency is key. It’s always best to consult your doctor or healthcare provider to find the right amount for your individual needs.

Question 11

Why did you include electrolytes in this formula?

Accepted Answer

We included electrolytes to support hydration. Creatine draws water into your muscles to help fuel strength, recovery, and performance – but to make the most of it, your body needs to stay properly hydrated. That’s why we added real food sources of sodium and potassium in an optimal 1:6 ratio. These essential electrolytes help maintain fluid balance and ensure your cells are getting what they need. The result? Better results: that means better performance, and better hydration – while reducing the risk of bloat.

Question 12

What electrolytes are included in this formula?

Accepted Answer

We include sodium and potassium, two key electrolytes that help support hydration, and fluid balance. Ours come from real food sea salt sources, not synthetic isolates, and are included in the ideal 1:6 sodium-to-potassium ratio to support absorption and cellular hydration.

Question 13

What does this product taste like?

Accepted Answer

This Lemon flavor is citrusy, refreshing and lightly sweet, with just a hint of salt from the natural electrolytes included in the formula. It’s intended to be easy to mix and delicious with just water alone.

Question 14

How can I incorporate Creatine + Collagen into my current routine?

Accepted Answer

You can mix this refreshing Lemon flavored powder into any liquid at any time of day. Mix it into a glass of water before or after your workout or add it into your daily smoothie. Consistency is key for the best results!
