Is Organic Fiber soluble or insoluble?

Organic Fiber provides 4g per serving of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and becomes more gelatinous as it goes through your digestive tract. It binds with fatty acids, helping to slow down sugar absorption in the body. It can also help you feel full and satiated, which can contribute to healthy weight management (in addition to an overall healthy diet and lifestyle, including regular exercise) by reducing snacking. Both soluble and insoluble fiber have incredible health benefits, and it’s important to prioritize a diet rich in both types for optimal health.

Why do you use konjac root and acacia fiber instead of psyllium husk?

While konjac root, acacia fiber and psyllium husk are all beneficial forms of fiber, there are a few reasons we chose to use konjac root and acacia fiber. First, psyllium husk is incredibly absorbent – it can absorb up to 18x its weight in water. That extreme ability to absorb water is why most fiber powders end up thick and goopy within seconds of being mixed (which doesn’t happen to our Organic Fiber). Psyllium husk’s ability to absorb water can also be dehydrating if you don’t have enough water in your system. Essentially, it’s a more aggressive ingredient that can have polarizing effects. While konjac root and acacia fiber are also hygroscopic (meaning they absorb water), they’re much gentler on your system. Our formula is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life and work with your system, not against it. Plus, konjac root and acacia fiber deliver all the same benefits as psyllium husk – without the thick, hard-to-swallow texture. And personally, we think that if something tastes good and is enjoyable to drink, it’s much easier to stick with it.

The short answer is yes, it’s safe to take more than one scoop a day, but we do not suggest exceeding three scoops a day without consulting your healthcare professional. Keep in mind that this is a fiber supplement – it’s meant to supplement the fiber you get through food. However, the majority of people aren’t getting the recommended amount of fiber through diet alone. That’s why taking 1-3 servings of Organic Fiber can be helpful to meet your fiber goals. Adult men should consume about 38 grams of fiber daily, and adult women should consume about 25 grams of fiber daily from food and other sources. Everyone’s needs are unique, so you should consult your healthcare professional prior to making any adjustments in your diet or lifestyle, including supplemental fiber.

How can I consume this product? What’s the best way to mix it?

Organic Fiber is intentionally made to be easy to incorporate into your day. Because we use konjac root and acacia fiber instead of psyllium husk, it mixes easily and stays in a liquid form longer (it won’t congeal immediately, like other fiber powders). Fiber is inherently absorbent, however, and it will get thicker over time, so this isn’t a drink you can add to your water bottle and sip all day long; instead, we recommend drinking it within 10–20 minutes of mixing. Our favorite way to use Organic Fiber is to make it into a fun daily self-care routine. Mix it with cold water—use a frother for the smoothest blend!—add a slice of lemon (optional, but refreshing!), and drink it within the next 10-20 minutes (this timeframe is key to prevent clumping). Our flavors are made to be delicious on their own, but you can also add them into smoothies, mix with juice or coconut water, or even bake with them. The fiber and probiotic sources we use are effective even when heated.

What do the Regenerative Organic Certified® levels (bronze, silver and gold) mean?

There are three levels of Regenerative Organic Certified®: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These levels apply to farms and producers only. Bronze represents the beginning level, and Gold represents the highest achievable level in regenerative organic production. This tiered approach enables farmers to adjust and adapt their practices over time and allows for continuous improvement. Because every brand that is Regenerated Organic Certified® needs to adhere to the strictest standards, we have to use the lowest certification label representative of the farm where we source our ingredients in the formula. However, our founder-owned farms in Missouri and TN are both certified Silver.
