What does it taste like?

We have two flavors of Organic Fiber: Raspberry Lemonade and Mango Pineapple, both naturally sweetened with organic stevia.

Raspberry Lemonade is inspired by fresh-squeezed lemonade and the bursting sweetness of ripe raspberries. It’s meant to taste like summer days by the pool – refreshing, citrusy and lightly sweet.

Mango Pineapple is inspired by the tropical flavors of rich mangoes and sweet pineapple. It’s a vibrant flavor meant to taste like sunny days under the palm trees: fresh, bright and aromatic.

Is your fiber organic?

Yes, our Organic Fiber is made with fiber from certified organic and non-GMO sources.

Is Organic Fiber GLP-1 friendly?

Yes, Organic Fiber can be a helpful addition to a GLP-1 wellness routine. Each serving provides 4 grams of fiber to support digestive health and regularity, which can be especially important when appetite and food intake are reduced.  We advise checking with your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet, including adding fiber.

How can I consume this product? What’s the best way to mix it?

Organic Fiber is intentionally made to be easy to incorporate into your day. Because we use konjac root and acacia fiber instead of psyllium husk, it mixes easily and stays in a liquid form longer (it won’t congeal immediately, like other fiber powders). Fiber is inherently absorbent, however, and it will get thicker over time, so this isn’t a drink you can add to your water bottle and sip all day long; instead, we recommend drinking it within 10–20 minutes of mixing.

Our favorite way to use Organic Fiber is to make it into a fun daily self-care routine. Mix it with cold water—use a frother for the smoothest blend!—add a slice of lemon (optional, but refreshing!), and drink it within the next 10-20 minutes (this timeframe is key to prevent clumping).

Our flavors are made to be delicious on their own, but you can also add them into smoothies, mix with juice or coconut water, or even bake with them. The fiber and probiotic sources we use are effective even when heated.

Can I take more than one scoop a day?

The short answer is yes, it’s safe to take more than one scoop a day, but we do not suggest exceeding three scoops a day without consulting your healthcare professional. Keep in mind that this is a fiber supplement – it’s meant to supplement the fiber you get through food. However, the majority of people aren’t getting the recommended amount of fiber through diet alone. That’s why taking 1-3 servings of Organic Fiber can be helpful to meet your fiber goals. Adult men should consume about 38 grams of fiber daily, and adult women should consume about 25 grams of fiber daily from food and other sources. Everyone’s needs are unique, so you should consult your healthcare professional prior to making any adjustments in your diet or lifestyle, including supplemental fiber.

What Probiotic strain is featured?

Bacillus coagulans, which is a tough, effective strain of SBO or soil-based organism probiotics. We chose to use SBO probiotics because they're resistant to extremes in temperature as well as the harsh digestive tract, which helps them survive and thrive in your gut.

How is this product different from other fiber formulas?

There are a few main differences between Organic Fiber and other fiber formulas. First, our formula uses acacia fiber and konjac root as our primary sources. Most others use psyllium husk.

While konjac root, acacia fiber and psyllium husk are all beneficial forms of fiber, we chose to use acacia fiber and konjac root because they’re easier to mix and easier to digest. Psyllium husk is incredibly absorbent – it can absorb up to 18x its weight in water. That extreme ability to absorb water is why most fiber powders end up thick and goopy within seconds of being mixed (which doesn’t happen to our Organic Fiber). Psyllium husk’s ability to absorb water can also be dehydrating if you don’t have enough water in your system. Essentially, it’s a more aggressive ingredient that can have polarizing effects.

While konjac root and acacia fiber also absorb water, they’re shown to be easier to digest and gentler on your system. Our formula is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life – it works with your digestive system, not against it. However, if you don’t currently get much fiber through diet alone, you can try starting with half a scoop and work your way up. That will give your body time to adjust.

Organic Fiber also includes 2 billion CFUs1 (1at time of manufacture) of Bacillus coagulans, a tough and effective soil-based organism probiotic strain that has a ton of digestive health benefits. Bacillus coagulans is clinically studied to promote digestive health, reduce occasional gas, constipation, and bloating, help your body absorb nutrients†, and much more. Probiotics and fiber are a powerful pair for your digestive health.

Finally, Organic Fiber is USDA Certified Organic – which means its ingredients are grown without toxic pesticides, are Non-GMO, and contain no added sugar.

Why is the fiber settling in the bottom of my glass?

Some thickening and settling is completely normal and is a sign that the fiber is doing what it is designed to do. Konjac root contains glucomannan, a soluble fiber that absorbs water and forms a gentle, gel-like texture. Think of it like a sponge: as the fiber takes in water, it expands and adds bulk, helping support the movement of material through the digestive tract and promoting healthy, regular elimination. Acacia fiber may also remain lightly suspended or settle over time. For the best experience, mix thoroughly and drink soon after preparing. If any fiber settles, simply stir or shake again. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day when increasing your fiber intake.

Are your products produced in a facility with allergens?

We now have a disclaimer that is on ALL of our products: "Produced on equipment that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybean, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, egg." This is a voluntary disclaimer and our formulations have not changed.

Our manufacturers are required to have Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. These allergen programs are in place to prevent cross contamination after each run by proper cleaning procedures. Allergen swab testing is also done after running an allergen containing product.

We test finished products for allergens prior to designating as “Free” of. We also follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) which guarantees allergen segregation.

Can I take Organic Fiber every day?

Yes – taking a serving daily is the best way to see results for your digestive health. You can take it any time of day. A lot of people find it helpful to stack their habits by mixing fiber with a scoop of Multi Collagen Protein, so they’re getting both their daily collagen and fiber with one delicious drink.

Is Organic Fiber vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, Organic Fiber is vegan and gluten-free.

Why do you use konjac root and acacia fiber instead of psyllium husk?

While konjac root, acacia fiber and psyllium husk are all beneficial forms of fiber, there are a few reasons we chose to use konjac root and acacia fiber.

First, psyllium husk is incredibly absorbent – it can absorb up to 18x its weight in water.

While konjac root and acacia fiber are also hygroscopic (meaning they absorb water), they’re much gentler on your system. Our formula is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life and work with your system, not against it. Plus, konjac root and acacia fiber deliver all the same benefits as psyllium husk – without the thick, hard-to-swallow texture. And personally, we think that if something tastes good and is enjoyable to drink, it’s much easier to stick with it.

Is Organic Fiber soluble or insoluble?

Organic Fiber provides 4g per serving of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and becomes more gelatinous as it goes through your digestive tract. It binds with fatty acids, helping to slow down sugar absorption in the body. It can also help you feel full and satiated, which can contribute to healthy weight management (in addition to an overall healthy diet and lifestyle, including regular exercise) by reducing snacking. Both soluble and insoluble fiber have incredible health benefits, and it’s important to prioritize a diet rich in both types for optimal health.

Why does your product only have 4 grams of fiber?

Our product offers 4 grams of fiber per serving. This is intentional: we prioritize quality over quantity. Our simple and effective formula pairs konjac root and acacia fiber with clinically studied probiotics. These ingredients are easier to digest, gentle on the gut, and support digestive health without the need for a bulky serving size.

While some competitors use larger servings or more aggressive fibers like psyllium husk (which can thicken quickly and be harder on the gut), our formula is designed to mix easily and provide a gentle-yet-effective experience. We also wanted to make sure this product is accessible to those who are just beginning to add a fiber supplement to their routine, and want to increase their intake gradually.

Everyone is different. Please always read and follow label directions for proper usage. You may safely take 1-3 scoops per day and we encourage you to adjust based on your personal fiber needs. Two scoops would provide 8 grams of fiber, which may be more suitable for your dietary goals. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before exceeding three scoops a day.

Ultimately, Organic Fiber is meant to supplement the fiber you get through food, helping you meet your daily goals in a way that's both effective and gentle on your digestive system.
