This yummy homemade granola recipe offers nutritious, on-the-go convenience.
Preheat oven to 325. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with coconut oil or butter. In a large bowl, stir together Bone Broth Protein, oats, chia, almonds, pecans, coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a 1-cup measuring cup, combine oil, honey, and maple syrup. Stir in vanilla. Drizzle syrup over oat mixture and toss with a big spoon. Pour granola onto the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake, stirring occasionally until golden, about 20 minutes. Now add the raisins and dried cranberries and bake another 5 minutes.
Let granola cool completely on the baking sheet on a wire rack. Break into chunks and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
