This creamy, delicious smoothie can jumpstart your morning and tame tummy rumblings before your next meal.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein™ Banana Crème
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup goat’s milk kefir
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sprouted chia seeds
  • Use organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible.
DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
