Homemade Granola Recipe

Don’t forget to pack this nutritious snack as you get out and enjoy the spring weather!

  • ½ cup coconut oil plus additional for greasing pan
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein™ Cinnamon Apple
  • 3 cups gluten-free oats
  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • Use organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a sheet pan with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, toss together the coconut oil, oats, Bone Broth Protein, shredded coconut and almonds. Spread the granola on the prepared sheet pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 30-45 minutes, watching carefully not to burn.

Remove the granola from the oven and let cool.  Stir in the cranberries and apricots. Transfer to airtight storage containers.
