Enjoy this hearty filet with deliciously crusted Bone Broth Protein™ Coffee and real coffee beans.
Combine coffee beans, pepper, coconut sugar, salt, garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme and Bone Broth Protein™ Coffee in a bowl. Stir thoroughly. Rub coffee mixture toughly into both sides of the beef fillets. Prepare a cast iron skillet by heating the butter in skillet until it is very hot and almost smoking. Add the steaks and sear on both sides for about three minutes each side and a nice brown crust forms. Remove the skillet from the heat and put in oven at 400 degrees for six minutes.
