Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap Recipe

This recipe offers a healthy lunch alternative to your brunch menu.

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ scoop Bone Broth Protein™ Pure
  • 4 cups leftover, cooked chicken
  • 3 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup sliced red grapes
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise alternative
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • Use organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible.
DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Scoop into lettuce wraps, or lettuce bowls.

Serves 2
