You’re going to love this gluten-free Butternut Squash Pancake recipe, especially for cool-morning autumn breakfasts!
Mix all ingredients together. Heat skillet on medium heat. Place 1 Tablespoon coconut oil in skillet. Spoon out pancake batter into pan. Let them cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite healthy toppings.
