Blueberry Vanilla Macadamia Bar Recipe

This recipe combines blueberries, Vanilla Bone Broth Protein™ and macadamia nuts, making a delicious bar perfect for a healthy snack.
INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ Cup Melted Coconut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Raw Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 4 Scoops of Vanilla Bone Broth Protein™ Powder
  • ½ Cup Dried Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Macadamias, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons of Water
  • Use Organic, Non-GMO Ingredients Whenever Possible
DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt. Add protein powder and combine. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours and then cut into bar or cookie shapes.
