Berry Trio Dessert Recipe

This delicious berry dessert packs an antioxidant punch—times three!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 5 Tablespoons stevia
  • 3 cups steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups whole grain flour
  • 1 scoop Bone Broth Protein™ Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup of organic butter
  • Use organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible.
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and 1 Tablespoon of the stevia. In a separate large bowl, combine the rest of the stevia, the steel-cut oats, whole grain flour, Bone Broth Protein, cinnamon and nutmeg—and then cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Press half of the oats & flour mixture into the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour the berry mixture on top and then sprinkle the remaining half of the oats and flour mixture over the berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the fruit bubbles and the topping is golden-brown. Serve warm—with or without organic ice cream.
