Apple Pie Bars Recipe

Looking for a healthy after-school snack or a light, satisfyingly healthy dessert? Then try these Apple Pie Bars. They’re delish!

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ Cup Walnuts
  • ½ Cup Cashews
  • 4 Scoops of Bone Broth Protein™ PURE
  • 2 Teaspoons Apple Pie Spice
  • Zest of Half a Lemon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Pitted and Halved Dates
  • 1½ Cups Loosely Packed Dried Apples
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Use Organic, Non-GMO Ingredients Whenever Possible
DIRECTIONS:

Place walnuts and cashews in food processor and pulse until in fine pieces. Add protein powder, spice, zest and Celtic Sea Salt, and pulse until combined. Add dates, apples, oil and extract, and process until combined and sticky. Form into bar shapes and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Serves: 8 to 10 | Time: 15 minutes
